  • Overview

    The Project Coordinator provides general office, administrative functions and technical assistance by performing the following duties to support the Lockheed Martin Facility in Orlando, Florida.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    • Assists departmental personnel with administrative tasks and coordination as requested.
    • Maintains the Library. Operates the telephone system and substitutes the duties for the receptionist in his/her absence and as back-up relief.
    • Supports Word Processors in overflow of their duties, and substitutes for them when absent.
    • Supports Project Administrators in overflow of their duties, including scheduling meetings, scanning, copying, preparing correspondence and project documentation, and assisting with submittal coordination. Processes and coordinates responses to shop drawings and RFIs. Assists with quality control reporting, filing, and archival. Respond to telephone calls and emails in Administrator’s absence.
    • Fully understands definitions, terms, use and procedures for shop drawings, RFI’s, ASI’s, RFP’s, record drawings, LT’s, Green Sheet, Q.C
    • Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Power Point.
    • Experience with Newforma would be helpful but not required.

     

     

    Qualifications

     

          EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

     

    • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
    • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
