  • Overview

    As a Senior Creative Manager, you are the responsible individual and day-to-day owner of creative projects, ensuring the creative vision set forth by the Executive Creative Director is carried out. You will compose and lead project teams from the initiation to completion of projects. Client teams will know you as the main point of contact for BRPH Creative Services, with the full support of the Executive Director. This role requires super-charged, proactive delivery and a passion for creating high quality creative products, while nurturing a healthy, positive, and FUN working environment. As a Senior Creative Manager, you will be encouraged to truly utilize the creative leadership and freedom given to you to ensure client satisfaction in support of our Orlando, Florida office.



    • Must energetically display culture of positivity, passion and fun.
    • Must have at least 10 years in a creative field and/or entertainment industry.
    • Proficient in composing and managing project teams
    • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience in managing client teams with care and passion is a must
    • Must be able to communicate efficiently and direct project team tasks
    • Must be excellent at leading people and directing daily tasks
    • Creates project plans and communicates to team to ensure milestones/deliverables are met
    • Proactive performance-anticipating needs of the Executive Director
    • Assist in furthering creative vision set by Executive Director
    • Clear decision making
    • Partners with Project Manager to ensure financial/technical/design excellence is achieved.
    • Assists in building proposals, fee tables, deliverables and schedules
    • Assists in recruitment of other creative colleagues for the future growth of our team

    Minimum Software Requirements:

    • Adobe creative suite
    • 3D modeling (Sketch-Up, Maya, Blender, etc.)
    • Microsoft Office suite is a plus



     A minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in Fine arts or Design
