    The Senior Concept Designer is a leading designer on the BRPH Creative team. You must be a versatile resource, able to shift focus between multiple projects with their own distinct requirements. It is imperative that you possess a keen DESIGN ability as well as an artistic ability to visually communicate design content. This is more than a design or illustration position, this is your opportunity to lead and mentor a talented group of Creative Designers and elevate the creative design product of BRPH. You will take direction from the Senior Creative Manager on a daily basis, and also support specific needs of the Executive Creative Director as needed for our Orlando, Florida office.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Must energetically display culture of positivity, passion and fun.
    • Must have minimum of 5 years in a creative field or entertainment industry
    • Can take direction and criticism well
    • Must be able to create extremely high-level quality of cinematic key art and environmental art to communicate design
    • Design, material and spatial awareness is required
    • Preliminary 3D modeling is preferred
    • Must be able to hand sketch and design in real time, sometimes in front of audiences or project teams
    • Clear verbal communication is required to express ideas to project team and leadership
    • Must have a clear understanding of creative process and interpret directives with best creative intent in mind
    • Will be able to organize and host ‘skill share’ sessions to develop skills of the overall team

    Minimum Software knowledge:

    • Adobe creative suite
    • 3D modeling (Sketch-Up, Maya, blender, etc.)
    • Microsoft Office suite is a plus

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum of bachelor’s degree in fine arts or design training
